Update & Warning: I was finally able to release seat back. At the bottom right corner of the seat back, there is a rounded plastic/vinyl cover on the inner side of hinge that I could push open with a flat head screwdriver & reach in with another flat head & trip the seat release.
It may seem complicated at first sight, however depending on the year and the finish of your car, you can remove the rear seats of a Ford B-max, you will simply have to locate the nuts and bolts, which depending on the year can be more or less difficult to reach. Be careful though, on some Ford B-max you can only dismantle the backrest.
